The series of devices fully conform to "Quality Management Specifications for Medicine Production" GMP requirements, and are designed and manufactured according to the requirements of "Steel Pressure Vessels" (GB150-98) and "Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels" (JB/T4735-97). They are suitable for liquid preparation process and various water treatment processes in the clean area of pharmaceutical industry.

Manufacturing descriptions

1. It is made of imported 316L or 304, and the interior surface is subjected to polishing treatment with surface roughness of Ra0.4um.

2. The blending can be top mechanical blending and bottom magnetic power blending. The blending forms include push type, spiral type, anchor type and etc.

3. According to customer requirements, the jacket can be coil jacket, integral jacket and honeycomb jacket.

4. According to customer requirements, rock wool, PU foam or pearl cotton can be adopted for heat preservation. The shell can be subjected to polishing, wire drawing or matte treatment according to customer requirements.

Configurations on the tank:

Aseptic air filter, thermometer (digital indication type or dial plate type), PH meter, steam sterilizing vent, sanitary manhole, CIP universal rotary cleaning ball, liquid level meter and liquid level automatic control system (load bearing module, non-contact ultrasonic wave, static type liquid level transmitter and etc.) or other configurations can be made according to customer requirements.
